I Lost another 2 lbs!
Thats 6 lbs in 18 days, not to shabby!
I went to the gym this morning and left before I hit my 3 mile mark because too many people showed up. I have to get over that, I know I do. When I first got there I was sitting on the bench changing my shoes, I looked over in the mirror and seen this blob staring back at me. When did that happen!? I have no idea, and its gonna be such a long and hard journey to fix it. I get so discouraged about it sometimes. I really had to force myself to go to the gym the past 2 days.
My eating habits have been a lot better. I have been watching portions and the type of food I eat. I tried the Weight Watchers thing, that lasted a whole 2 days. I cant stand counting points. Its a real pain in the ass. And the last time I dropped a bunch of weight I wasnt doing that, lets see if I can do it again.
My short term goal is still 25lbs by March 25th. God I hope I can do it.

I have lost 4lbs!
I dont know how, but I'll take anything! I am that much closer to reaching my short term goal. Only 21 more lbs to go!
I worked my ass off at the gym this morning. I actually felt a little sick when I was done, and my legs burn sooo bad, but I am starting to like that feeling.
The worst thing anyone can tell a fat girl is "You carry your weight well" or "You have a pretty face". The next person that says that to me may just get a punch in the face. It really doesnt make me feel any better.
I indulged a little last night, but not as much as I would have normally. I ate all 3 meals, and had small snacks in between. I already feel like I have more energy!

Wellllll.... here it goes.
Today is the 6th day in my so called diet. My starting weight is 234 lbs. Yuck. Its def not the fattest I have ever been, so I guess thats a good thing. My goal is to reach 160, if it KILLS ME.I am tired of feeling like a pile of dog shit every day. My body hurts everyday, I'm always exhausted, and its gotten to the point where I dont even like taking my clothes off in front of my husband. What I would like to get from this blog is some support, and maybe a kick in the ass every once in awhile. Steve wants to lose weight too, so I have someone to do it with, which will help me out tremendously.
I have been to the gym every morning for the past 3 days. The first day I walked 3 miles on the tredmill in 50 mins. I didnt think I had it in me anymore. The 2nd day I walked 2 1/2 miles, someone came into the gym and I felt embarassed and left. How stupid does that sound?? Today I stayed till I hit 3 miles. It felt great.
My eating habits leave a lot to be desired, but I have been doing better. I usually always skip breakfast and lunch, and just graze throught out evening. And I drink tons of BEER. Yummy, wonderful, glorious beer. :) Soooo, I havent had a beer in 5 days. I have replaced most of my fluids with water. I love those little Crystal light packets and Walmart makes this flavored sparkling water which helps with my soda cravings. I have been sure to eat breakfast, Special K is my fav. I bought a bag of oranges, and some greek yogurt, which I am totally addicted to. I have also eaten lunch everyday, I feel a little full right now actually. I'm not used to eating so much so early in the day. You would think that with the little food I do eat I would be really thin, but I like crappy foods. I have no problem eating a huge bowl of ice cream before bed or a king sized kitkat. OMG, I could go for one of those right now. LOL!
I would like to lose 2.5 lbs a week. Summer is only 6 mths away! The beach is one of my favorite places to be and I will NOT be going if I still loook like this.
